Throughout his career, Jamaal has led teams to build new revenue streams, expand into untapped verticals, and drive measurable growth through cross-functional collaboration. His approach combines proven methodologies like MEDDPICC and ABM with practical implementation that delivers results.
Most recently at Built Technologies, Jamaal transformed the sales motion from individual outreach to scalable campaigns, accelerated deal velocity through enhanced accountability frameworks, and opened new market segments including Independent Mortgage Companies.
He also established the company’s first GTM account movement and compensation policies,creating clarity in complex territory structures.
